Get ready for another mouth watering post of gastronomical proportions.
My day started out as I leave for Dasmariñas Cavite (as usual) at around 1 pm in the afternoon which was somewhat late considering the expected traffic I might encounter along the way and my expectation wasn't turned down as I was a bit late from the 3 pm schedule of the event in Super Bowl of China in SM Mall of Asia. It is a good thing that the event haven't really started and was able to see the whole event.

It has been a while since I last saw my fellow bloggers in an event so after a short discussion and throwing jokes at each other. Our attention was called by Yehey's Miss KanKan to officially start the event by introducing Chef Bob and Chef Roy To us.

Chef Roy then brought out the new dishes offerd by the Super Bowl of China which was fresh from the kitchen where Chef Roy and the team cooked themselves. They presented the individual dish and discussed what these meals are:

Hot and Spicy Chicken seasoned with secret spices and herbs.
Beef Fillet Chinese Style - a of Super Bowl of China comeback recipe, succulent beef bathed in tasty Beijing Sauce.
For those who crave for a spicy fish delight, there is the Crispy Fish Fillet with Lemon and Plum Sauce
and then there is my personal fave the Golden Weave US Frozen Potatoes with Minced Pork. This time Super Bowl of China has collaborated with the United States Potato Board to promote the high quality, nutritious of fresh US potatoes.
After the presentation, Chef Bob introduce us to the latest addition or feature to Super Bowl of China... their mascots. Super Bowl of China's Super Happi and Super Lucky

After introducing the two new mascots, it is photo op time for the Bloggers with the mascotts and of course Az, the July 1 Birthday Boy lead the way...
The July 1 Birthday celebrant Azrael Coladilla with Super Happi and Super Lucky of Super Bowl of China in SM Mall of Asia Bloggers Event.
After the photo op with the Super Bowl of China's Mascots Yehey conducted a short trivia game ala Eat Bulaga Laban o Bawi or Wowowee Pera o Bayong type of game where the bloggers will pick either the right answer under Happi or Lucky, but only one shall win the game. So after some time the last one left are Omar and Jeff. and the winner to bagged the prize is Jeff.

After the short game the buffet table was filled with the four new dishes and we started to fill our plates with the four new flavors of Super Bowl of China.
While we are all enjoying the dishes, a group of Super Bowl staff started to approach our table and started singing a Birthday jingle to greet Azrael and later Mee-i which was really entertaining...
A special birthday ice cream plate was serve to the birthday celebrants.
The last feature that the super Bowl of china shall implement is the beautifully designed menu' for their customers.
